A chiller is a self-contained device with fluid temperature control by microprocessor,
which allows it to maintain accuracy of +/- 0.1 °C. Chillers manufactured by CustomChill
are small, lightweight, and easy to use. They precisely maintain the outgoing fluid
temperature, which is critical in many applications. CustomChill offers a wide range
of devices in many different shapes and capacities.

The food chiller is used to keep the salad bowl at a constant cool temperature so that the lettuce and other vegetables remain cool and crisp.
