CustomChill, Inc. warrants all of its products against defect in material or workmanship for a period
of twelve (12) months from date of shipment, according to the following terms:
REPAIR OR REPLACE defective product at no charge including parts and labor, if necessary, provided
that work is performed by an authorized employee and facility of CustomChill, Inc.
Buyer may also return PARTS that are defective with the prior consent of CustomChill, Inc. We will
replace part at no charge. Labor incurred by others during the inspection, removal and replacement
of parts are not covered by this warranty.
FREIGHT CHARGES for shipment to and from CustomChill, Inc. are the responsibility of the Buyer.
WARRANTY CLAIMS must be made directly by the Buyer and in accordance with our Return Policy outlined
in our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manual. Unauthorized returns are not warranted. Product must
then be received, inspected and if necessary tested by CustomChill, Inc. A Product is deemed warranted
only when CustomChill, Inc. is reasonably satisfied that all conditions in this warranty have been met.
SHIPPING DAMAGES, both concealed and unconcealed are not warranted. All shipping claims are the
responsibility of the Buyer and we recommend they be made immediately with the carrier. Where possible,
returns should be sent back in their original carton and packing to avoid subsequent shipping damages.
NOT COVERED by this warranty is damage due to abuse, accident, misapplication, negligence or
non-compliance with any information supplied in our (O&M) manual, however, in the case of an
oversight, it is Buyer’s responsibility to call the factory for a manual.
WARRANTY IS VOIDED if the product is modified in any way from its original form without prior written
authorization from CustomChill, Inc. including the removal or alteration of nameplate label.
CustomChill, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach or
any express or implied warranty on this product, except to the extent prohibitive by applicable law,
and implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited
in duration to the duration of this warranty.
